FREE DIGITAL TEACHER'S GUIDE with dozens of links to videos

Teachers who purchase the guide, please contact me (KWilhelmi@aol.com) to obtain a free digital version (as a Google doc) of the teacher's guide.

Since the guide includes answers to the review questions, the challenge is to ensure that it is sent to adults. Therefore, buyers are encouraged to provide me with some assurance of their status.

BTW: Google Drive is the better option for the guide, since I will be updating it over time. For example, since first publishing the book, I have added links to many videos correlated to the lessons, and a few articles for background information. Feedback and additionaly recommendations are appreciated.
